COMING SOON

Come on in, we have something in common!

Whether you’re a new comer, yet to be country lover or a seasoned local, this is for you!

The Country in Common is like walking into a messy kitchen filled with familiar laughter and the smell of freshly baked Anzac biscuits. It’s loud and messy but you feel like you belong. There is no judgement, only acceptance and you feel comfortably confident. It’s warm, inviting and you feel at home.

Moving to the country can be a daunting adventure. The stunning landscapes and slower paced life are a gentle whisper to the soul…that is, until youre hit with the reality that is, isolation, limited amenities and a complete new way of living to adapt to. It can feel overwhelming, lonely and mentally exhausting especailly when everything or everyone familiar to you is hours away. It’s a lifestyle that cant really be explained, only shared. Moving your life, career, kids & emotional bagge is huge and can often feel like youre taking 5 steps backwards!  Its a journey that requires resilience, adaptability and a willingess to embrace the unknown however messy that is.

I know too well the challenges and beauty of country living and farm life because I have lived it – recently. My mission is to cultivate a sense of belonging and connection among people in the community through sharing my experiences, offering practical advice and empowering others to redfine the feeling of failure.

I get it - because I've  lived it
